The Aluminum Kitchens Factory was built in 1973. It was reconstructed in 1982, and new lines; including aluminum kitchens, windows and other aluminum products have been added. The factory was renewed for the second time in 1987 that it became specialized in manufacturing aluminum kitchens according to the internationally-credited criteria. 
Al Rashid Kitchen is the only one in the Kingdom that its main …substances…………… entirely manufactured in Al Rashid Aluminum Kitchens Factory and its manufacturing companies; specialized in producing Formica (Saudi Company for Formica Rolls), also AlRashid Factory for Fiberglass surfaces , AlRashid Factory for Aluminum Extusion.
We are constructing a factory to manufacture screws, silicon, and the manufactured complements we need to make a kitchen in order to make the dream come true that we produce a kitchen with its components entirely manufactured in the Saudi Kingdom with Arabian and Saudi highly-qualified hands/ workers.
The company manufactures 2000-2500 kitchens monthly, with a capacity to increase to 3000, produces about 150 Aluminum sinks with a capacity of 200 sinks monthly. We have a separate production line for projects and companies supervised by highly-qualified specialized engineers and technicians.

Formica 
The factory of Saudi Arabian company for Formica board ( one of Al- Rasheed  industrial group) was established in 1425 H corresponding to 2004 AD  on area of 18000 Sm in the second industrial zone of Dammam. It is specialized in producing  melamine boards ( Formica) with white and beige colors and other colored boards over than forty colors. The factory has been established with international dimensions and thickness. Melamine boards are made by hydro- automatic pistons under the supervision of  a number of specialists in order to consider the production quality including  strength, durability and thickness of the boards. 
Recently, shutters pistons were installed with different design and Italian technology of high quality and several colored boards. 
The company aspires to increase prod0uction by the end of 2011 AD  by 40% . 

 

Aluminum
Al-Rasheed  factory  for dragging aluminum was established in 2008 AD  by using the most developed devices including recent technologies  in order to achieve high standards of quality,  secure proper quantities and deliver them on time. The production includes finishing and painting.  We will create oxidation department in November of the current year 2010.
The factory annual production of aluminum is 10000 tons and we expect increase in the production capacity that reach to 16000 tons by the beginning of 2011 in order to meet the increasing demands of our products  that cover all architectural and industrial dimensions and applications. 
Our quality department depends on the application of German and American standards on our production in order to insure high level of quality that guarantee strong competiveness of our products in the local and international markets.

 

Granite and fiber    
Al-Rasheed factory for granite and fiber was established in 1991AD. It produces laundries and non porous artificial granite surfaces. 
The production capacity of the factory from laundries of industrial granite is  approximately 150 laundries and we have the ability to produce 200 laundries monthly. As for our production of industrial granite surfaces for the purpose of manufacturing our kitchens, it reaches 20000 Lm and we have the ability to produce 25000 Lm. 
Among the specifications of granite surfaces is the advantage of not absorbing oil, water, wax and fat. Surfaces and doors of the kitchens ( granite shutters) and laundries are manufactured from industrial granite on special molds of  multi dimensional basins on demand and the shutters are made with several designs. There are several thicknesses of the surfaces starting from 6mm to 13 mm under demand. 

 

Company exhibitions  
Al-Rasheed company owns fifteen exhibitions for selling aluminum and wooden kitchens  distributed in the eastern zone, the middle zone and Bahrain. We have a plan for opening branches in the western zone. We have also exhibitions specialized in  selling the company productions including aluminum and Formica in addition to accessories inside and outside the kingdom.
