With these firm beliefs , Mr. Munir lived with his family in Dammam city that knows him in different fields. His social relations and cultural contributions is highly appreciated by the formal and popular authorities such as his great specialized achievements that contributed in lifting up the efficiency, group productivity and its local, regional and global fame of the group that occupied advanced position in modern kitchen industry. Ambitious as he is, Mr. Munir started his career by transforming a childhood hobby of craving small pieces of wood to ornament his room walls into modern technical shapes  and household master work that all the Saudi housewives compete to have them, most luxurious restaurants, hotels and palaces  take pride of them. He was keen to add his elegant touch on every pieces displayed in his small exhibition as it was the only one his innovation series, and  immediately  it keeps low profile of his beholders due to the purchasers are interested in its counterparts. 
This encouraged him to provide best offers with best prices for fine products characterized by durability and quality that spread among  goers of Dammam market. His credibility spread in his dealings and transactions all over the city so he laid the first foundation of  his professional career in 1973 AD. He was greatly interested in this city as he undertook his work by himself and supervised everything  in order to please his God and his teacher Mohamed ( peace be upon him). He guided himself by the prophet hadith and make it his slogan and his map on the life road. The prophet, peace be upon him, said”  if one of you has performed a work, then he shall perform it perfectly”. Allah has enlightened him and realized the secret of  his profession which is  the perfection of work  so he made it inseparable mark  for every designed piece and start to implement it that exceeds the limit of marvel  without other master works. 
With these noble values, Mr. Munir Rasheed Nasser entered and accepted for the first time the challenge of manufacturing and professional world in a promising industrial environment in which all the giant projects such as petrol industry, mining and cement industry, aluminum,  petrochemicals, rubber or plastic, ready-made buildings, air conditioning devices, furniture industry, kitchens, and all economical and commercial activities in Dammam were on the top and supported by Saudi government and chamber of commerce and industry for the eastern region  by providing varied services for the private sector in different commercial and industrial fields including importation and exportation, and railway service. This is done by putting annual plans that identify the encouraging policies  for developing the service and provide commercial and industrial promotion facilitations and all that is required by the wide industrial movement in the city. In the city which is considered to be one of the most important industrial cities, Mr. Munir started his project under his family name  and named after his father’s name who brought him up. He was influenced by his father’s strong character and  specialized his project under the purpose of  leadership in kitchen industry and provide clients with excellent designs, shapes, quality and price. Over the days, our products of Al-Rasheed kitchens proved itself to be as one of the best manufactured furniture , therefore, its fame spread among traders and its  good reputation overcame the city. 
Mr. Munir was not only satisfied with meeting the demands  according to demand and supply equation in the market, but also he directed himself toward creativity by feeding the wood with convertible and recycling new raw materials in the production operation that give more elegance and durability to recent and modern kitchens appropriate with client’s taste and his personal aspirations and satisfies his eagerness his hobby which graduate to become a world of innovations  and ongoing update. By this leaping spirit, Mr. Munir Rasheed Nasser has advanced firmly  and conveyed his ideas and targets his grateful sons who followed his footsteps and became reliable in the operation of planning, managing and following. The experience acquired by Sheik Munir Rasheed Nasser integrated with youth enthusiasm of his sons and Al –Rasheed group became one of the pioneers  in aluminum kitchen industry. By this vision of the founder ( the father) and the youth zeal , they took the initiative of offering modern products in a market witnessing industrial and commercial promotion and full of great competitors and sophisticated merchants.  

 

Development plans for Al-Rasheed:

The factory was restructured in 1982 and new production line was added including aluminum kitchens, windows and other aluminum products.  The factory was restructured again and became specialized in producing aluminum kitchens  according to the international specifications and standards. In the light of development obsession and searching for perfection we added the factory of non-porous industrial granite laundries and industrial granite surfaces in 1991 AD.  In 2004, we established Formica board specialized in producing Melamine boards ( Formica) in white and beige colors and other several colors more than forty. In 2008, aluminum factory was established producing all sizes and colors. In this way, we achieved self-sufficiency from the raw materials used in aluminum kitchens and provide our country with the first Saudi kitchen 100% . due to great development and increase in the number of architectural and commercial projects in the region, Al Rasheed group extended in the Saudi market and opened exhibitions for its products in most of the main cities and  some small towns. In order to distribute products of Al Rasheed group specialized in manufacturing inside and outside the kingdom, the company made  a fleet of cars and trucks to deliver the products in addition to opening factories in some cities of the kingdom to be branches of the main factory in Dammam. Al Rasheed activates marketing  its products of high quality kitchen in the region, therefore, the products of Al Rasheed group reach all corners of the kingdom, gulf countries and most Arab countries.
